How to cancel FantasyPros subscription.

Use this when you subscribed at FantasyPros.com. The flow puts a pause offer in the middle of it, which is easy to mistake for the end of the process.

1. Log in to your FantasyPros account.
2. Visit your Account Settings page.
3. Click on the Billing button on the left side of the page under My Account.
4. Click on Cancel Renewal.
5. On the next page, click Cancel your subscription.
6. Click No Thanks on the Pause Subscription Instead? box to continue with the cancellation.
7. Click the circle that best represents your reason for cancelling, or select Other and briefly state why.
8. Click the Cancel Subscription button to finish the cancellation process.

FantasyPros states that if the cancellation is successful you see a confirmation pop-up, that cancelling does not grant refunds and only prevents the plan renewing, and that you keep premium access until the renewal date, after which the account reverts to a free account.

This is the option built for fantasy sports, and it is the reason not to cancel reflexively. FantasyPros states there are no fees while the account is paused.

1. Log in to FantasyPros.com.
2. Click on the Account icon in the top right corner of the screen, then click Account.

5. On the next page, click Pause your subscription.
6. Select the date you would like your subscription to resume on. Choosing the Custom Date option gives you a calendar to pick a specific resume date.

FantasyPros states that pausing defers your renewal to a future date, that there are no fees while the account is paused, and that the subscription remains inactive until it automatically renews on your selected date. It also states that yearly subscriptions cannot be paused, only cancelled, and that iOS and Android subscriptions cannot be paused at all.

FantasyPros states that if you subscribed via one of its iOS apps, you must cancel through the App Store.

1. Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Tap the subscription you want to cancel.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription, then tap Confirm when prompted.
6. On a Mac instead: open the App Store app, click your name at the bottom of the sidebar, click View Information, scroll to Subscriptions and click Manage, click Edit next to the subscription and click Cancel Subscription.

FantasyPros states that if you do not see Cancel Subscription, the subscription is already cancelled and will not renew, and that if you only see options to resubscribe you had already cancelled it.

FantasyPros states that if you subscribed via one of its Android apps, you must cancel through the Play Store.

1. Launch the Play Store app on your Android device.
2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.
3. Tap on Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
4. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the instructions.
6. Without an Android device instead: log in to Google, go to play.google.com subscriptions, find the subscription, click Manage and click Cancel Subscription.

FantasyPros warns that uninstalling an app will not automatically stop your subscription, and that if you uninstall without cancelling you will still be charged.
