Peacock manages plans from the account area on the website. Your payment method is shown under the Subscriptions area of your account.
- Sign in to your Peacock account in a browser.
- Open your plan settings and choose the cancellation option — Cancel All Subscriptions ends the base plan and all add-ons together.
- Follow the steps to confirm.
- Look for the on-screen confirmation and the confirmation email, which Peacock says can take a few hours.
Peacock states that no refunds or credits are issued for prior payments when you cancel or downgrade, unless required by law.
Add-ons and channels
Peacock sells extras such as a Regional Sports Network or a Starz subscription alongside the base plan.
- Check which add-ons are listed on your account.
- Use Cancel All Subscriptions to end the base plan and add-ons together, or cancel them individually if you want to keep the base plan.
- Confirm each change and check the renewal dates that remain.
Billed by Apple, Google, Roku, Amazon or a provider
Peacock is explicit that it cannot cancel a plan billed by a third party.
- Sign in and check the Payment Method section under the Subscriptions tab to see who bills you.
- Contact or use the account settings of that third party to cancel — their cancellation terms may differ from Peacock’s.
- Keep the third party’s confirmation rather than relying on the Peacock app.

Can I still watch Peacock after I cancel?
Yes, in two stages. Peacock says you keep access to Premium content until the end of your billing cycle, and afterwards you can still watch a limited amount of content free on Peacock.
Will I get a refund for the rest of the month?

How do I know if a third party bills my Peacock plan?
