Before you start.
- Work out who bills you. Minno publishes cancellation instructions for its own website, Apple, the Amazon Appstore, Roku and Amazon Prime Video, and each one is cancelled in a different place.
- Note the unusual billing month. Minno states that it automatically bills your payment method each period on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your paying membership, except for monthly subscriptions, where it defines a month as a 28 day period. That means a monthly renewal moves earlier each cycle rather than staying on a fixed date.
- If you are in the free trial, Minno states it is 7 days and that you can cancel any time during it without being charged. Minno states that on subscribing you are charged $10.99 for a monthly plan or $69.99 for an annual plan.
- If you are on an annual plan, Minno states it automatically renews and your payment method is charged on the renewal date, and that if you do not want it to renew you should cancel the account before the renewal date to avoid an additional charge.
- Check your next billing date first. Minno states that if you subscribed through the website or Android you can see your next billing date on the Subscription tab of your Account section.
- Deleting the app is not cancelling. Minno states explicitly that removing the app from your phone will not cancel an Apple subscription.

Cancel Minno, step by step.
Cancel a subscription bought on Minno's website
Use this if you subscribed on gominno.com or jellytelly.com. Minno gives slightly different steps for a computer and for a mobile browser.
- Log into your account at account.gominno.com.
- Click Subscription from the left menu. On a mobile browser, click the hamburger menu at the top left, then click Subscription under the Account header.
- Click the Edit button next to your subscription.
- Scroll down and click Cancel Subscription.
- Click Yes, I'm sure.
Minno states that if you subscribed using credit card, debit card or ACH payments, your cancellation takes place at the end of your paid period.
Cancel a subscription Apple bills
Minno directs these to Apple, because Apple holds the subscription rather than Minno.
- Open the Settings app on your device.
- Tap your name at the top of the screen.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Select the Minno subscription.
- Select Cancel Subscription.
Minno warns that removing the app from your phone will not cancel the subscription.
Cancel a subscription the Amazon Appstore bills
This covers a subscription bought in the Minno app on a Fire tablet or through the Amazon Appstore.
- On the Amazon website, go to Your Account and select Apps and more under the Digital Content and Devices section, then select Your Subscriptions from the menu on the left.
- On a Fire tablet instead: tap Apps, tap Store, open the menu, then tap Manage Subscriptions.
- In the Amazon Appstore app instead: open the app, tap My Apps, then tap Subscriptions.
- Cancel the Minno subscription from whichever of those lists you used.
Cancel a Minno subscription bought through Amazon Prime Video
A Prime Video Channel subscription is a different thing from an Amazon Appstore one, and it is cancelled in Prime Video rather than in the Appstore list.
- On a smart TV or mobile: open the Amazon Prime Video app, open the Subscriptions icon, locate your Minno subscription, select Cancel and confirm.
- On a computer browser: go to Amazon.com, open the menu next to All in the top left, select Your Account.
- Scroll down to Memberships and Subscriptions and click Other Subscriptions.
- Find Minno and select Cancel Your Subscription.
Cancel a subscription Roku bills
Minno states that a subscription taken via the Roku Channel Store is managed through Roku, and that Minno cannot change it.
- Sign in at my.roku.com and go to your subscriptions.
- Select the Minno subscription.
- Select Manage subscription, then turn off auto-renew or unsubscribe.
- Confirm, and check the entry shows an end date rather than a renewal date.
What happens next?
- Access continues to the end of the paid period. Minno states that for card or ACH payments the cancellation takes place at the end of your paid period.
- Cancelling stops the next charge rather than returning the current one.
- A cancelled account can be restarted: Minno publishes a separate article on reactivating a Minno subscription, so the account is not destroyed by cancelling.
- Cancelling a website subscription does not affect a separate subscription in a store, and the reverse is also true. If two are running, each needs its own cancellation.
- If you switched between monthly and annual, note that Minno documents those as separate changes with their own effects on billing dates.

Minno states you can try it free for 7 days and cancel any time during the trial without being charged. It states that on subscribing you are charged $10.99 for a monthly plan or $69.99 for an annual plan.

My monthly renewal date keeps moving earlier
That is intentional and Minno documents it: it defines a month as a 28 day period for monthly subscriptions, and bills each period accordingly. Over a year that is thirteen charges rather than twelve, and the date walks backwards through the calendar. If you are trying to cancel before a renewal, check the actual next billing date on the Subscription tab of your Account section rather than assuming it matches the day you signed up.
I deleted the Minno app and was charged anyway
Minno states this outright for Apple subscriptions: removing the app from your phone will not cancel the subscription. The same holds for Google Play, Roku and Amazon. The subscription lives in the store account, not in the app, so it has to be cancelled in that store's subscription settings.
I cannot find my subscription in my Minno account
The account page at account.gominno.com shows subscriptions Minno bills. If you subscribed through Apple, the Amazon Appstore, Roku or Amazon Prime Video, that company holds the subscription and it does not appear in the Minno account. Check the merchant name on your card statement, then cancel in that store. Minno also invites you to email support@gominno.com if you cannot locate it.
My annual plan renewed without warning
Minno states that an annual subscription automatically renews and the payment method is charged on the renewal date, and that if you do not want it to renew you should cancel before that date. The renewal falls a year after you subscribed rather than at any seasonal point, so check the Subscription tab for the actual date and cancel ahead of it.
I cancelled in Prime Video but I am still being billed
Check which Amazon route sold it, because Minno documents two that look alike. A subscription bought as a Prime Video Channel is cancelled under Memberships and Subscriptions, then Other Subscriptions, in your Amazon account. A subscription bought in the Minno app through the Amazon Appstore is cancelled under Your Subscriptions in the Apps and more section instead. Cancelling in the wrong one of those two leaves the other running.
