Before you start.
- Plan your last downloads before you cancel. Creative Fabrica states that downloading after cancelling reactivates the subscription.
- Check your renewal date in My Account, Subscriptions. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled first.
- If your subscription status shows as Activating, the normal cancel flow does not apply: Creative Fabrica asks you to email hi@creativefabrica.com instead.
- Do not expect a refund for a renewal. Creative Fabrica states it does not refund subscription renewals because its products are digital and delivered instantly.

Cancel in My Account
This is the route Creative Fabrica documents for an active or on-hold subscription.
- Sign in and go to My Account, then Subscriptions.
- Click the manage my subscription button.
- Review the subscription information, then click end your subscription.
- Answer the questions confirming the cancellation and click next to reach the confirmation page.
- Click End Subscription. A new page loads confirming that your subscription has ended.
After this the status reads Cancellation Requested. Do not click Undo Cancellation on the banner and do not download anything else, or the subscription reactivates.
Cancel a subscription that is still Activating
A subscription with the status Activating cannot be ended from the account page. Creative Fabrica handles these by email.
- Check the status in My Account, Subscriptions.
- If it reads Activating, email hi@creativefabrica.com from the address on your account.
- Ask for the subscription to be cancelled and keep the reply as confirmation.
What happens next?
- The status reads Cancellation Requested until the date the subscription would have renewed. On that date it expires and becomes fully cancelled.
- Creative Fabrica does not refund subscription renewals, and offers refunds only for faulty products.
- Products you made and sell under the subscription license while subscribed can still be sold, but you cannot create new designs for sale with that content once the subscription ends.
- Full POD licenses obtained through the subscription are downgraded to basic POD after it ends. Crafts and stock photos keep their lifetime licenses.
- Cancelling does not remove your account. Creative Fabrica advises keeping it, because deleting it removes access to your purchases, downloads and license keys, which can make it hard to prove commercial rights later.

I cancelled but my subscription is active again
Creative Fabrica states that continuing to download, or clicking the Undo Cancellation banner, reactivates the subscription. Go back to My Account, Subscriptions, cancel again, and avoid downloading until the subscription has expired.
I cancelled but was charged anyway
Check whether a download or an Undo Cancellation click reactivated the subscription after you cancelled. Also check that you finished the flow by clicking End Subscription and saw the confirmation page. If it still looks wrong, email hi@creativefabrica.com with the charge date and amount.
My Studio AI trial turned into a yearly charge
Creative Fabrica states the Studio AI trial becomes a paid subscription at the end of 30 days, or earlier if a generation request exceeds your coin balance, and that the conversion charges for a full year of Studio AI. Using up the trial coins can therefore trigger the charge before the 30 days are over.
There is no end your subscription option
If the subscription shows as Activating, it cannot be ended from the account page yet: email hi@creativefabrica.com and ask for it to be cancelled.

How do I cancel my Creative Fabrica subscription?
Go to My Account, Subscriptions, click manage my subscription, then end your subscription. Answer the questions, click next, and click End Subscription on the confirmation page.
Can I keep downloading after I cancel?
Not without undoing the cancellation. Creative Fabrica states that continuing to download after cancelling reactivates the subscription.
Can I keep using files I downloaded after cancelling?
It depends on the product type. You can keep selling products you made while subscribed, but cannot create new designs for sale. Crafts and stock photos carry lifetime licenses, and full POD licenses drop to basic POD.
Does Creative Fabrica give refunds?
Creative Fabrica states it does not offer refunds unless a product is faulty, and does not refund subscription renewals.
Is deleting my Creative Fabrica account the same as cancelling?
No. Account removal is permanent and removes access to your purchases, downloads and license keys. Cancel the subscription from My Account, Subscriptions instead, and keep the free account.
Can I undo my cancellation?
Yes. Click Undo Cancellation on the banner before the subscription expires and it reactivates.
