Before you start.
- Check the receipt first. A receipt from Apple or Google means that store controls the billing, and the Roblox website will not be able to cancel it.
- Spend or keep track of your Robux before you go. Robux already credited to the account stay in the balance after cancelling, but the monthly Robux stipend stops with the subscription.
- Know which tier you hold. Premium is sold at several monthly Robux amounts at different prices, so confirm which subscription the charge belongs to.
- If a child's account is the one subscribed, the cancellation happens on that account or in the store account that paid, not on a parent's separate Roblox account.
- Cancel before the renewal date rather than on it, since a monthly subscription renewing that day can charge before the cancellation registers.
- Trading is a Premium-only feature. If you rely on it, finish anything outstanding before the subscription lapses.

Cancel Premium billed by Roblox
The route for anyone who subscribed on the Roblox website in a browser, on PC or on Xbox.
- Sign in at roblox.com with the account that holds Premium.
- Open Settings from the gear icon, then go to the Billing section.
- Find the Premium subscription and select the option to cancel renewal.
- Confirm, working past any offer to stay.
- Check that Premium now shows an expiry date rather than a renewal date.
If the billing page shows the subscription as managed by Apple or Google, that store bills you and the cancellation has to happen there.
Cancel Premium billed by Apple
Premium bought inside the iPhone or iPad app is an Apple subscription, so Apple takes the payment and holds the cancellation.
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name at the top of the screen.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select Roblox from the list.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm. You may need to scroll down to find the button.
If there is no cancel button, or an expiration date shows in red text, the subscription is already cancelled.
Cancel Premium billed by Google Play
Premium bought inside the Android app is billed by Google Play, and cancelling on the Roblox website will not stop it.
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon in the top right.
- Select Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Select Roblox.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.
What happens next?
- Premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then the benefits stop.
- Robux already credited to your account remain in your balance and can still be spent after cancelling.
- The monthly Robux stipend stops, so no further Robux arrive once the subscription ends.
- Premium-only features end: trading items with other players, the Premium members' discount and access to Premium-only areas in some experiences.
- Items you already bought or traded for stay in your inventory. What ends is the ability to trade further, not ownership of what you hold.
- Your Roblox account, username, friends and creations are unaffected by cancelling the subscription.
WHEN IT DOES NOT WORK
If you get stuck.
There is no cancel option on the Roblox website
That means a store bills you. Premium bought inside the iPhone or Android app belongs to Apple or Google Play, and Roblox displays it without being able to stop it. Check the receipt and cancel in that store's subscription settings instead.
Roblox is not listed in my phone's subscriptions
Either a different store account paid, or the subscription was bought on the Roblox website. Check the receipt email for which account was charged. If it comes from Roblox, cancel in the Billing section of your Roblox account settings in a browser.
I cancelled but I was charged again
Check for a second subscription. Subscribing on the website and again in a phone app creates two separate subscriptions billed by two different companies, and cancelling one leaves the other running. Also compare the cancellation date with the renewal date, since same-day changes can land after billing.
My child subscribed and I cannot find the charge
The subscription follows the account that bought it. If it was bought in a phone app, it is in the Apple or Google account signed in on that device, which may be yours even though the Roblox account is your child's. Look in your own store subscriptions first, then at the Roblox account's billing page.
I lost my Robux after cancelling
Robux already in the balance are not removed by cancelling. What stops is the monthly stipend, so a balance that looks smaller than expected usually means the next monthly allocation did not arrive rather than that existing Robux were taken.

How do I cancel Roblox Premium?
Cancel it where it is billed. On the website, open Settings, go to Billing and cancel renewal. On iPhone, use Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Roblox. On Android, use the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions.
Do I keep my Robux after cancelling Premium?
Yes. Robux already credited stay in your balance and can be spent. The monthly Robux that came with Premium stop arriving once the subscription ends.
Can I still trade after cancelling?
No. Trading is a Premium benefit, so it stops when the subscription ends. Items already in your inventory remain yours, you just cannot trade them further.
Does cancelling delete my Roblox account?
No. Cancelling ends the Premium subscription only. Your account, username, friends, inventory and any experiences you created are unaffected.
Why is Premium more expensive in the app?
Apple and Google add their commission to purchases made inside their apps, so the in-app price can be higher than the same plan bought on the Roblox website.
