In this guide
Before you start.
- Cancel the membership before deleting or deactivating the profile. Feeld states that deleting a Feeld account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription, so doing it in that order leaves Majestic billing with no account left to manage.
- Do not wait for Feeld support to do it. Feeld states that all memberships must be cancelled by the subscriber through their respective app store and that its support team cannot cancel a Majestic membership. There is no route that goes through Feeld.
- Check the billing cycle before you act. Feeld sells Majestic on monthly, 90-day and yearly cycles, so the renewal you are trying to beat may be much further out, or much larger, than a monthly one.
- Know what cancelling changes on your profile. Feeld states that cancelling removes access to Majestic exclusive features: private photos cease to be private and become visible to all members, and your profile becomes visible to all members unless it is deactivated.
- If you are on a free trial, cancel before it converts rather than on the day. Apple and Google both advise cancelling at least 24 hours before a renewal or trial end, and a cancellation inside that window does not stop the first charge.
FOLLOW THE RIGHT BILLING ROUTE
Cancel Feeld, step by step.
Cancel on iPhone or iPad
Apple bills a Majestic membership bought in the iOS app. Feeld states subscriptions are managed fully by the App Store, so Apple is the only party that can stop the charge.
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name (your Apple Account) at the top of the screen.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select Feeld from the list of active subscriptions.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
If Feeld is not listed, you are signed in with a different Apple ID than the one that paid. Check which Apple Account the receipt email names and sign in with that one.
Cancel on Android
Google Play bills a membership bought in the Android app. Feeld states subscriptions are managed fully by Google Play on Android.
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon in the top right.
- Select Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Select Feeld.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts to confirm.
Google states that it cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf, and Feeld states its own support cannot either. The account holder has to complete this screen.
Change the billing cycle instead of cancelling
If the cost rather than the app is the problem, Feeld documents switching a Majestic membership between monthly, 90-day and yearly cycles, which is a different action from cancelling and keeps the features.
- Open Feeld and go to the Majestic membership section of your profile.
- Find the option to change your membership or billing cycle.
- Choose the cycle you want and confirm the change.
- Check the new renewal date and price before leaving the screen.
- If the app sends you to the App Store or Google Play to complete it, finish the change there.
A cycle change is not a cancellation. The membership continues, so if you want the billing to stop entirely, use the store route above instead.
What happens next?
- Feeld states that if you cancel your membership you become a free member when the current billing cycle ends, so access does not stop the moment you confirm.
- Feeld states that cancelling removes Majestic exclusive features: private photos cease to be private and are visible to all members, and your profile becomes visible to all members unless it is deactivated. Deactivate first if that matters to you.
- Deleting the Feeld account is a separate action from cancelling, and Feeld states it does not automatically cancel a paid subscription. Cancel in the store first.
- A refund is requested from whoever took the payment, Apple or Google, and each decides under its own policy. Feeld cannot refund a store charge any more than it can cancel one.
- One-off purchases made inside the app are not part of the Majestic membership. Cancelling the membership does not remove or refund them.
WHEN IT DOES NOT WORK
If you get stuck.
I deleted my Feeld account and I am still being charged
Feeld states that deleting a Feeld account will not automatically cancel a paid subscription. The membership is held by Apple or Google Play, which never saw the deletion, so it renews as scheduled. Open Subscriptions on your iPhone or in the Play Store and cancel the Feeld entry there: it stays listed even with the profile gone, and you do not need to reinstall the app or make a new account.
Feeld support says they cannot cancel my membership
That matches its published position rather than being an obstruction. Feeld states that all memberships must be cancelled by the subscriber through their respective app store, because subscriptions are managed fully by the App Store and Google Play. Asking support again will not change the outcome. The Apple or Google subscriptions screen is the only place the renewal ends.
Feeld is not in my store subscriptions list
The list shows only subscriptions bought with the account currently signed in, so a second Apple ID or Google account is the usual cause. Check which address the store receipt went to. A membership bought on an iPhone will never appear in Google Play, and the reverse is also true, so check the platform you originally paid on rather than the phone you use now.
My private photos became visible after I cancelled
Feeld documents this as a consequence of cancelling rather than a fault: private photos cease to be private and are visible to all members once Majestic ends, and the profile becomes visible to all members unless it is deactivated. If you are leaving Feeld rather than just leaving Majestic, deactivate or delete the profile after the cancellation is confirmed.
I was charged a much larger amount than I expected
Check the billing cycle rather than assuming a monthly price. Feeld sells Majestic on monthly, 90-day and yearly cycles, and a yearly renewal arrives as one large charge. The cycle and the renewal date are shown next to the price in the store subscription entry. Cancelling now stops the next one; the charge already taken is a refund request to Apple or Google.
GOOD TO KNOW
Questions, answered.
Does deleting my Feeld account cancel my Majestic membership?
No. Feeld states that deleting a Feeld account will not automatically cancel a paid subscription and that a Majestic member has to cancel directly with the App Store or Google Play. Cancel the membership first, then delete the account.
Can Feeld support cancel my Majestic membership for me?
Feeld states that it cannot: all memberships must be cancelled by the subscriber through their respective app store, because subscriptions are managed fully by the App Store on iOS and Google Play on Android.
What happens to my profile when Majestic ends?
Feeld states that you become a free member when the current billing cycle ends, that private photos cease to be private and become visible to all members, and that your profile becomes visible to all members unless it is deactivated.
Can I switch to a cheaper Feeld plan instead of cancelling?
Feeld documents switching a Majestic membership between monthly, 90-day and yearly billing cycles. That is a change of plan rather than a cancellation, so the membership and the billing both continue.
How do I cancel an App Store free trial before I’m charged?
For a trial billed by Apple, open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Select the trial, choose the cancellation option and confirm. Apple advises cancelling at least 24 hours before the trial ends to prevent renewal. Check the confirmation for your access end date. Add the trial deadline to Subex and set a reminder so you can review it in time.
