Cancel online
F45's site has a Cancel Membership link in the footer and on studio pages. The form sends a cancellation request to your local studio team, which verifies and processes it.
- Open your studio's page on f45training.com, or find it with the studio locator.
- Select CANCEL MEMBERSHIP and check that the form names your studio.
- Enter the email address on your membership, where the form says Please cancel the membership associated with this email address.
- Select Submit. The form shows Your cancellation request has been submitted.
- Wait for the confirmation F45 says you will receive once the studio has verified and processed the request.
F45 is explicit that your membership is not immediately cancelled when you submit the form. Keep a screenshot of the submitted message until the confirmation arrives.
Cancel at your studio
F45's FAQ answers how to cancel with one line: contact your local studio, which will provide the information and help for the correct contract cancellation.
- Find your studio's contact details through F45's Find a Studio page.
- Tell the studio you want to cancel your membership and ask what notice your membership terms require.
- Ask whether any early termination fee applies and the date of your final payment.
- Ask for the cancellation to be confirmed in writing.
What happens next?
- Your notice period and any early termination fee come from your studio's membership terms, so payments can continue until that period ends.
- If your studio closes, F45 says the membership is cancelled automatically, and asks you to contact the studio team if that does not go through.
- Keep the studio's confirmation. F45 says your membership is only cancelled once the request has been verified and processed.

Can I freeze or pause my F45 membership?
F45 does not publish a national freeze policy. Because each studio is individually owned, ask your local studio whether it offers a freeze or hold and on what terms.

I submitted the cancel form but I am still being charged
F45 says submitting the form does not cancel the membership immediately. The local studio verifies the request and processes it under your membership terms, including any required notice period or early termination fee. If you have no confirmation, contact your studio directly with the date you submitted.
My F45 studio closed
F45 says that in cases of studio closure your membership will automatically be cancelled. If that automatic cancellation does not go through, it asks you to contact your studio team. F45 also says it cannot process refunds on behalf of franchisees, so refund issues go to the studio.
F45 head office says it cannot help with my cancellation
