Before you start.
- Find your next billing date and count back 7 days. Clean Freak's terms say a later cancellation may still be charged for that month.
- Cancel it yourself or in person. Clean Freak's terms state that no third-party cancellations will be accepted.
- Each Fast Pass covers one vehicle, so if you have plans on more than one car, check that you end the right one.
- If you use the Circle K fuel discount that comes with the membership, use any issued rewards first. Clean Freak says fuel rewards stop being issued once a subscription is cancelled.

Cancel online
The Manage My Membership and Cancel Membership links on Clean Freak's website both open its customer portal. Clean Freak's FAQ says you can manage your membership online any time.
- Go to cleanfreakcarwash.com and select Cancel Membership or Manage My Membership.
- Sign in to the Clean Freak customer portal with the email on your membership.
- Open My Plans and select the plan for the vehicle you want to stop.
- Choose the cancel option for that plan and follow it through to the end.
- Keep the confirmation, and check Billing History after your next billing date.
If the portal will not let you sign in or does not show your plan, use the in-person or email route rather than waiting past the 7 day cutoff.
Cancel at any Clean Freak location
Clean Freak's terms say you can see a Clean Freak representative at any location to cancel.
- Visit any Clean Freak Car Wash location.
- Ask a team member to cancel your Fast Pass membership.
- Give them the vehicle and the name or email on the membership so they can find it.
- Ask how the cancellation will be confirmed, and note the date and location.
Cancel by email
Clean Freak's FAQ lists support@cleanfreakcarwash.com for membership changes. An email gives you a dated written record.
- Email support@cleanfreakcarwash.com from the address on your membership.
- Say that you want to cancel your Fast Pass membership.
- Include your name, the vehicle, and anything else that identifies the plan.
- Send it with more than 7 days to spare before your billing date, and keep the sent email until Clean Freak confirms.
What happens next?
- Clean Freak's terms say no refunds or credits are given for partial periods, so the current month is not refunded.
- A cancellation received inside the 7 day window takes effect at the following billing cycle, after one more charge.
- Circle K fuel discount rewards stop being issued when the subscription is cancelled, and access to future discounts ends once any remaining issued rewards expire.

I cancelled but was charged again
Check the date your cancellation was received against your billing date. Clean Freak's terms say a cancellation inside 7 days of the next billing date may still be charged for that month, with the cancellation taking effect the following cycle. If you cancelled earlier, email support@cleanfreakcarwash.com with your confirmation.
A cancellation service could not cancel it for me
Clean Freak's terms state that no third-party cancellations will be accepted. Cancel yourself in the customer portal, at a location, or by email from the account holder's address.
I got a new car
You do not need to cancel. Clean Freak's terms say a Fast Pass is transferable when you buy a new vehicle, once you notify Clean Freak. The RFID sticker has to be applied by a Clean Freak employee, so visit a location.
My price went up
Clean Freak raised membership prices from January 6, 2026, and says the change may not show in your account until your next payment processes. If you are cancelling over the new price, the 7 day rule still applies.
