In this guide
Before you start.
- Check which program you are on. CorePower's terms give different cancellation rules for monthly programs such as All Access, for Limited Visit and Studio Pass Unlimited, and, in its California and New York terms, for 6 or 12 month Committed Memberships.
- Count 30 days ahead on a monthly program. CorePower says notice takes effect on the business day after you notify it, and your membership and benefits end 30 days after that.
- Unfreeze first if you are frozen. CorePower says that to cancel during a freeze you must unfreeze under My Membership and then cancel, and you are charged for the extra days needed to complete the 30-day notice.
- If you joined in the last few days, act now. CorePower says you may cancel a monthly program before midnight on the fifth business day after you enroll, excluding Sundays and holidays, for a pro rata refund.
- Check how you pay for On Demand. All Access and At Home members get Yoga On Demand included. A separate Yoga On Demand only subscription is bought in the CorePower Yoga On Demand app, and CorePower says to cancel it through the app store you bought it from.
How to find all your subscriptions How to cancel a membership
FOLLOW THE RIGHT BILLING ROUTE
Cancel CorePower Yoga, step by step.
Cancel online
This is the method CorePower's Student Terms describe, and its contact page says to use your account to freeze, cancel or make changes to your membership.
- Sign in at corepoweryoga.com and open your dashboard.
- Click My Membership.
- If the membership is frozen, click Unfreeze Membership first.
- Click Cancel Membership and complete the steps.
- Save the confirmation and note the date your access ends.
On a monthly program other than Limited Visit or Studio Pass Unlimited, your benefits continue for 30 days after the notice takes effect and that period is billed.
Cancel through customer experience
CorePower's contact page offers the customer experience team as the alternative to your account for freezes, cancellations and membership changes, through a request form or by phone.
- Open CorePower's Contact & Customer Service page.
- Submit a request to customer experience saying you want to cancel your membership, with the email on your account and your home studio.
- Ask for written confirmation and the date your membership ends.
For death, disability or other circumstances where the law gives an immediate right to cancel, CorePower's terms direct you to submit a request to the Customer Experience team.
Cancel a Yoga On Demand app subscription
Yoga On Demand is included for All Access and At Home members. A Yoga On Demand only subscription is bought in the CorePower Yoga On Demand app, which lists monthly and yearly in-app purchases on the App Store and Google Play. CorePower says to cancel it by following the cancellation process for the app through which you bought it.
- On iPhone or iPad: open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select CorePower Yoga On Demand and tap Cancel Subscription.
- On Android: open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile icon, choose Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, select CorePower Yoga On Demand and tap Cancel subscription.
- Keep the confirmation and the end date the store shows.
A studio membership is not billed through the app stores, so it does not appear in these lists. Use My Membership for that.
What happens next?
- On monthly programs such as All Access, your access and benefits continue to the end of the 30-day notice period, and that period is charged.
- Limited Visit and Studio Pass Unlimited memberships end at the end of the billing cycle in which you cancelled.
- CorePower does not prorate months or refund partial months, under its Student Terms.
- If you rejoin later, CorePower says you re-enroll at the then-current membership rates.

Can I freeze my CorePower Yoga membership?
Eligible monthly memberships can be frozen for up to 90 days per 12-month period, in 30-day increments, for a nonrefundable $15 fee per 30-day freeze period, under CorePower's terms. You freeze under My Membership, it takes effect immediately, and you do not pay the monthly membership fee while frozen. Limited Visit and Studio Pass Unlimited memberships cannot be frozen.
WHEN IT DOES NOT WORK
If you get stuck.
I cannot cancel because my membership is frozen
CorePower says that to cancel during a freeze you must first unfreeze under My Membership, then cancel. Your membership reinstates for the days left in your paid month plus the days needed to complete the 30-day notice, and those added days are charged.
I was charged after cancelling my All Access membership
That is usually the 30-day notice. CorePower says monthly program memberships other than Limited Visit and Studio Pass Unlimited end 30 days after the notice takes effect, and notice takes effect on the business day after you notify CorePower.
I was charged an early termination fee
CorePower's California and New York terms describe 6 or 12 month Committed Memberships. They say that after the initial cancellation period, cancelling a six month Committed Membership before the fifth payment costs a fee equal to one monthly payment, and cancelling a twelve month one before the eleventh payment costs two monthly payments, capped at the original total price.
My On Demand subscription is still charging after I cancelled my membership
The On Demand app subscription is a separate in-app purchase. If Apple or Google bills it, cancel it in that store's subscription settings as well.
Still not cancelled?Common reasons a subscription will not cancel
GOOD TO KNOW
Questions, answered.
Can I cancel my CorePower Yoga membership online?
Yes. Go to your dashboard, click My Membership, then Cancel Membership. Customer experience can also help. For a general checklist that applies to any gym or studio, see /how-to-cancel-a-membership.
Can I cancel CorePower Yoga right after joining?
CorePower says you may cancel a monthly program before midnight on the fifth business day after you enroll and your invoice is created, excluding Sundays and holidays, and receive a pro rata refund within 10 days, paying only for services used.
Can I transfer my CorePower Yoga membership?
No. CorePower's terms describe its memberships as nontransferable.
Does cancelling my studio membership cancel the On Demand app?
Not if you have a separate Yoga On Demand only subscription. CorePower says to cancel that through the app store you bought it from, so an Apple or Google Play subscription is cancelled in that store's subscription settings. Yoga On Demand access that comes with All Access or At Home ends with that membership.
