How to cancel Angel Guild membership.

This is the route Angel documents first, and it works as a router: it identifies the platform that bills you and hands you off to it.

1. Log in at angel.com/account with the email address associated with your Guild membership.
2. Click on Membership and Payments and look for the listing under Membership.
3. Select Manage Membership.
4. Click on Cancel Membership.
5. Select Cancel Membership at the bottom.
6. Click the button at the bottom of the screen to be taken to the cancellation page, for example Continue to Apple. You are redirected to the platform where you purchased your membership, and you must complete the cancellation there.

Angel states that your cancellation is not complete until you cancel your membership on the platform where you originally purchased it. If you bought directly from Angel, the flow completes with a confirmation screen and a Done button.

Only available if you signed up directly through Angel's website. Angel states that platforms such as Apple, Google Play, Roku and Amazon bill and manage those memberships, not Angel.

1. Go to your membership page in your Angel account.
2. Select Pause Membership.
3. Follow the prompts to confirm.
4. When you are ready to come back, return to the same page and select Resume Membership.

Angel states that pausing temporarily stops your membership and billing, your account stays active and your viewing history is saved, and you can resume anytime. Cancelling instead ends the membership, and Angel states that rejoining later means signing up as a new member.

Angel states that if you purchased on a mobile device, the membership is billed directly through the Apple App Store, and that Angel does not have access to cancel iOS Guild memberships on your behalf.

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap on your name.
3. Select Subscriptions.
4. Select Angel Guild.
5. Select Cancel Subscription.

For a membership bought on an Apple TV, Angel gives a different path: from any Apple device open Settings, go to Users and Accounts, then under Account Name select the subscription and follow the onscreen instructions to cancel.

Angel lists this route for memberships bought in the Angel Android app, or on Android TV and Google TV.

1. Sign in at play.google.com, or open the Google Play Store app on an Android phone.
2. Click on your profile picture at the top right of the screen.
3. Select Payments and subscriptions.
4. Click the Subscriptions tab.
5. For the subscription you want to cancel, click Manage, then Cancel subscription.
6. Within the confirmation pop-up select a reason, then click Continue.

Angel documents this separately for memberships bought on a Fire TV device.

1. Sign in to amazon.com/appstoresubscriptions.
2. For the subscription you want to cancel, click on Actions.
3. Click on Turn off Auto Renewal.
4. Within the confirmation pop-up select a reason.
5. Click Continue to Cancel.

A membership bought from Angel's shop is processed by a different system from one bought on angel.com, and it has its own login.

1. Sign in to your Angel account at shop.angel.com/tools/recurring/login.
2. Click on Manage Subscriptions.
3. Select manage subscriptions from the options on the right.
4. Cancel your subscription on the last page.

Angel states that memberships purchased from angel.com/shop are processed directly through Shopify, and that cancellation has to go through Shopify or with the assistance of its support team.

Angel lists Roku among the platforms that bill memberships directly.

1. Sign in at my.roku.com and go to your subscriptions.
2. Select the Angel subscription.
3. Select Manage subscription, then turn off auto-renew or unsubscribe.
4. Confirm, and check the entry shows an end date rather than a renewal date.
