Before you start.
- Identify who bills you from the merchant name on your card or bank statement. Apple or Google means the store holds the subscription and the Zeus website cannot cancel it.
- Give yourself more than a day. Zeus states that subscription payments automatically renew unless deactivated at least 24 hours before the end of the current cycle, and that your account is charged for renewal at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current cycle.
- Check whether you are on the monthly or the yearly plan. Zeus states you can subscribe on a monthly or yearly basis with an auto-renewing subscription, and a yearly plan commits you to another full year at renewal.
- If you are inside a free trial, cancel before it ends rather than at the end. Zeus states that any unused portion of your free trial will be forfeited upon payment, so a trial cancelled after the conversion buys you nothing.
- Note that pricing varies. Zeus states that pricing can vary by region and will be confirmed before purchase in the app.

Cancel a subscription Apple bills
Zeus's own App Store listing states that payments go through your iTunes account and that cancellations happen by disabling auto-renewal, which makes this the route for most subscribers.
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name at the top of the screen.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select The Zeus Network subscription.
- Tap Cancel Subscription, and confirm if prompted.

Cancel a subscription Google Play bills
The Zeus Network app on Android sells the same auto-renewing subscription through Google Play, which holds the billing.
- Open the Google Play Store app, or go to play.google.com.
- Tap or click your profile icon, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Select The Zeus Network subscription.
- Tap or click Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.
Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription, because the subscription belongs to the Google account rather than the device.
Cancel a subscription bought on the Zeus website
Use this when the charge comes from Zeus rather than from a store, which means you subscribed at thezeusnetwork.com.
- Sign in at thezeusnetwork.com with the email address on your subscription receipt.
- Open your account or profile settings.
- Find the subscription or billing section, where the plan and renewal date are shown.
- Use the cancellation option there and follow the prompts to the end.
- Check that the account then shows an expiry date rather than a next billing date.
If the account area offers no cancellation option, contact Zeus support and ask for the subscription to be cancelled, keeping the written reply and the date.
Cancel a subscription Roku or Amazon bills
Zeus apps are available on streaming devices as well, and those subscriptions are held by the device's store.
- Check the merchant name on your statement to confirm who charges you.
- If it reads Roku, sign in at my.roku.com, open your subscriptions and turn off auto-renew for The Zeus Network.
- If it reads Amazon, cancel it in your Amazon subscriptions list.
- Confirm the entry shows an end date rather than a renewal date.
What happens next?
- Access continues to the end of the cycle you have already paid for, which is how both the App Store and Google Play handle a cancelled subscription.
- Cancelling turns off the renewal rather than refunding the current cycle.
- Zeus states that any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon payment, so a trial that has already converted is not partially refundable.
- A yearly subscription cancelled part way through still runs to its anniversary date.
- Your Zeus account is not deleted by cancelling, so a later resubscription uses the same sign-in.

What happens to my free trial if I cancel?
Cancelling before the trial converts avoids the charge. Zeus states that any unused portion of your free trial is forfeited upon payment, so once the trial has converted there is no credit for the unused days.

There is no cancel option inside the Zeus app
That is expected for a store-billed subscription. Zeus states that all payments are paid through your iTunes account and may be managed under Account Settings after the initial payment, and that cancellations are incurred by disabling auto-renewal. The control is in your device's Settings app under Subscriptions on iOS, or in the Play Store subscriptions list on Android, not inside Zeus.
I cancelled and was charged the next day
The renewal is set in motion before the cycle ends. Zeus states that subscriptions automatically renew unless deactivated at least 24 hours before the end of the current cycle, and that the account is charged for renewal at least 24 hours prior to the end of the cycle. A cancellation on the final day falls inside that window, so the charge still goes through and the cancellation applies to the cycle after.
I cancelled during my free trial and still lost the remaining days
Zeus states that any unused portion of your free trial will be forfeited upon payment. In practice that means the trial has value only until it converts, and there is no credit for time you did not use. Cancel a day or more before the trial ends to avoid the charge entirely while keeping the trial days.
Zeus is not in my Apple or Google subscriptions list
Then that store does not bill it. Either the subscription was bought on thezeusnetwork.com, in which case cancel in your account settings there, or it belongs to a different Apple ID or Google account. Compare the merchant name and the last four card digits on the statement with the accounts you have access to.
I deleted the app but the charges kept coming
Removing an app never cancels a subscription. The subscription sits in the store account, so it keeps renewing until auto-renewal is turned off there. Reinstalling is not necessary: go straight to Settings then Subscriptions on iOS, or the Play Store subscriptions list on Android, and cancel it from the list.
