How to cancel MGM+ subscription.

This is the route for anyone who signed up at mgmplus.com and pays MGM+ directly. Use a web browser rather than the app.

1. Sign in at mgmplus.com in a web browser and open your account.
2. Find the subscription or billing section and check which company is named as the biller.
3. If MGM+ bills you, use the cancellation option shown there and work through every confirmation screen.
4. Keep the confirmation and the end date it gives you.

If the account page shows a partner as the biller and offers no cancel control, that is the answer rather than a fault. Use the matching route below.

This is the most common MGM+ billing route. The subscription belongs to Amazon, and MGM+ has no visibility of it at all.

1. Go to Manage Your Prime Video Channels in your Amazon account.
2. Find MGM+ under Prime Video Channels or Your Channels.
3. Select the cancel option for that channel and confirm.
4. Check the channel list afterwards to confirm MGM+ shows an end date.

Channel providers including Shudder and discovery+ state that once a Prime Video channel is cancelled, the renewal date becomes the end date and you keep watching inside Prime Video until then. MGM+ bought this way plays in Prime Video, not in the MGM+ app.

Apple sells MGM+ both as an in-app subscription inside the MGM+ app and as an Apple TV Channel added inside the Apple TV app. Both appear in the same Apple subscriptions list.

1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad and tap your name.
2. Tap Subscriptions.
3. Select the MGM+ subscription. The name shown tells you the term, such as MGM+ Monthly, the MGM+ 6 Month Offer or MGM+ Yearly.
4. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
5. On a Mac, open the App Store, click your name, then open Subscriptions from your account settings.

If MGM+ is not in the list, check every Apple ID in the household, since a subscription is only visible on the Apple ID that bought it. An older subscription may still be listed under the Epix name.

A signup made inside the MGM+ Android app bills through Google Play, whose listing confirms MGM+ sells subscriptions there.

1. Open the Google Play Store app, or go to play.google.com on a computer.
2. Open Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
3. Select the MGM+ subscription, which may appear under the older Epix name.
4. Select Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

MGM+ has a long history as a premium channel on cable and satellite bills, dating back to its Epix era, and Roku resells it too.

1. Roku: sign in at my.roku.com/subscriptions, find MGM+ under Active Subscriptions, choose Manage subscription, then turn off auto-renew and confirm.
2. A TV provider: check your bill for an MGM+ or Epix line, sign in to that provider's account, and remove it from the premium channels section.
3. Keep the provider's confirmation, since MGM+ will have no record of a cancellation it did not process.

A premium channel removed from a cable package sometimes ends immediately with a prorated credit rather than running to the end of the month, which is the opposite of the usual streaming rule. Ask the provider which applies.
